    After the 1994 Northridge earthquakes, we were inspired to help rebuild LA. What started as a small contribution, turned into a generational family owned establishment.

    An ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) is a secondary housing unit built on your property, perfect for rental income, in-law suites, or extra living space. Renov8 specializes in custom ADU construction and will guide you through design, permitting, and building.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Highly depends on the size of the project.


    Bathrooms: Book a consultation, we will take measurements, and an estimate on the work needed. We also offer specials and packages for bathroom remodels.


    Kitchens: Book a consultation, we will take measurements, and an estimate on the work needed. We also offer specials and packages for kitchen remodels.


    ADUs: Book a consultation, email us the plans (if already in hand), otherwise, we will take measurements, and provide you with an estimate for plans, and the full build.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    Recently worked with Jason on his master bathroom remodel. He had a vision to completely renew the bathroom (since it hadn't been updated since initial purchase of the home). He had a vision of a walk in shower, stand alone tub, new tile floorings, with Jack & Jill floating vanities. He also needed help obtaining permits. We were able to help complete the project (with permits) within 3 weeks. Today, we consider Jason family, and a close friend. We are currently working on a new project to update his kitchen.
